One of the questions I’ve been receiving increasingly is whether we are witnessing an uptick in people moving out of California. This question is understandable; it’s been a rough year with COVID and the has changed a lot in a short period of time. Now the streets are filled with homeless encampments and the cost of living has risen.
Overall, it’s hard for us to judge whether the number of moves out of state has increased, but we have focused more on it so our business has certainly seen an uptick.
